Phil Sutliff joined Citadel Credit Union in December 2021 as the Head of Business Banking. Previously, he was the Vice President Business Banking at Blue Federal Credit Union in Colorado. Additionally, Phil held leadership roles at both Santander Bank and Bank of America. At Citadel, Phil will focus on building and cultivating a new business banking division.
