Carole McCormick serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for North Bay Credit Union and the President of HigherGrowth LLC. Ms. McCormick manages the Cannabis Banking Program which provides banking services to over 200 cannabis operators throughout the state. An accomplished financial services professional with over 30 years of experience, she has brought her background in risk, compliance and operations to a whole new industry. Since joining NBCU, she has hired a full team of compliance professionals dedicated to providing the best in banking services to our cannabis members. With the launch of HigherGrowth LLC, Ms. McCormick’s compliance team will expand its services to other credit unions and operators in all states where cannabis is legal.
