Jacqui Kearns serves as Chief Brand & Strategy Officer for Affinity Federal Credit Union, where she is responsible for leading strategies to elevate and strengthen Affinity’s brand. Jacqui oversees marketing, brand awareness, data insight, product development, member wellbeing, user experience and strategy.

With more than 20 years in branding and strategy, Jacqui spearheads brand and member experience initiatives to ensure all Affinity employees uphold the organization’s mission and provide superior service.
