Jenn Addabbo discusses how credit unions can successfully engage vendors to provide member services.

Jenn Addabbo is a Co-founder and CEO at CU Engage and has worked in financial services for over 16 years.

Previously, she worked at FIS, helping financial institutions create strategies for their digital channels and as Vice President, Credit Union Experience for PSCU with a focus on the member experience. She led a team that worked with credit unions as they selected their partners for Credit, Debit, Online Banking, Mobile, and Bill Pay.
